Closing a Chapter in Automobile Alley

New Year’s Revolution

Some days, life moves fast. Between early meetings, errands, workouts, and whatever else the day throws at you, making healthy choices can feel like just another item on the to-do list. That’s why we love hearing how Bee Healthy Cafe fits into our customers’ daily routines-because eating well shouldn’t be complicated. It should be easy, energizing, satisfying, and dare we say… a little fun?

Let’s walk through a day in the life of a Bee Healthy regular. You might just recognize yourself here.

Morning: Start Strong

7:45 AM – Quick Stop, Big Boost
On the way to work, our customer quickly places a mobile order-because taking time to pack a lunchbox or a pastry just won’t cut it. Today’s breakfast? A Breakfast Melt with eggs, tomatoes, black forest ham, provolone and a grilled wheat tortilla. Add a Flying Elvis Coffee Smoothie for a dose of caffeine and a natural sweetness, and it’s game on.

They’re out the door in minutes, feeling full, focused, and ready to own their morning meeting.

Midday: Fuel, Not Fizzle

12:30 PM – Lunch That Actually Works for You
Around lunchtime, the temptation to settle for something quick (but not-so-healthy) hits. But not today. Instead, it’s a mobile order for a Pecan Chicken Salad-loaded with fresh romaine, grilled chicken, parmesan, tomatoes, pecans and a tangy raspberry vinaigrette and a refreshing Daily Greens Smoothie with spinach, matcha, banana, celery, apple, broccoli, cinnamon, and honey.

Bonus: it travels well, so whether it’s eaten at a desk, in a car, or during a park break, our customer stays satisfied without the post-lunch slump.

Afternoon: Keep Buzzing

2:30 PM – The Slump Crusher
Rather than reaching for a sugary snack, our Bee Healthy fan places another mobile order; this time, it’s for a healthy sweet treat- the Peaches and Cream smoothie with vanilla greek yogurt, peaches, chia seeds, vanilla syrup, and honey. It’s the kind of natural pick-me-up that feels good and tastes amazing.

Evening: Feeling Good

6:00 PM – Reflection Time
The day winds down, and there’s something satisfying about knowing every bite today serves a purpose: to energize, nourish, and keep things moving.

No food guilt. No mystery ingredients. Just simple, clean, delicious food made with care.

Bee Healthy, Every Day

After years of serving the Automobile Alley neighborhood, we’re announcing the permanent closure of our cafe on Friday, May 15. This decision was not ours.
