Closing a Chapter in Automobile Alley

After years of serving the Automobile Alley neighborhood, we’re announcing the permanent closure of our cafe on Friday, May 15.

This decision was not ours. We were recently notified by our landlord that the building will be converted into a boutique hotel, which requires us to vacate the space.

While we understand that cities evolve and neighborhoods change, this location has meant so much to us—and to many of you.

We’ve been here through the ups and downs, including extended periods of street construction that challenged the entire district. Through it all, this community continued to show up, support us, and make this cafe what it became.

That’s what makes this so difficult.

Automobile Alley has never just been a location—it’s been a group of regulars, neighbors, and friends who made this place feel alive every single day. Our priority has been our team—every employee has been offered the opportunity to continue with us at area locations.

While this chapter is coming to a close, our commitment to serving you is not. We’ve expanded our delivery radius so we can continue serving many of you at home or at work, and our nearby cafes are ready to welcome you anytime. We have two locations in Downtown Oklahoma City, one inside the Continental Resources building (20 N. Broadway), and one inside City Place Tower (204 N Robinson). Both locations are open Monday-Friday from 7:00AM-3:00PM.

We’re incredibly proud of what this cafe has been, and deeply grateful to everyone who has walked through our doors.

We hope to continue being part of your routine—just in a slightly different way.
